Blare Info

Although I have a lot of redesigning left to do, today I was able to upgrade my old static font-Journal to a much more dynamic system.  There are over 12,000 fonts there online and font previews are dynamically generated (and cashed).  You can specify custom text to sample the font in, comment on fonts, rate the fonts and of course, download the fonts.

I am currently deleting fonts that aren’t very useful (only caps, etc.), so if you see anything I miss, let me know and I’ll be happy to deactivate any incomplete font that just isn’t up-to-par in the design department (I do have a few fonts that are only displaying characters in caps and require the user to use uppercase, but they are unique and might be of interest).

All fonts are free for personal use, some may require a shareware fee for commercial use.  Please check the read-me or any text file associated with the archive for license information.

Domain Hostmaster Now Supports Mobile Devices

Domain Hostmaster is pleased to announce that it now supports mobile devices.

While the traditional 800px wide format still appears at the our old familar www.DomainHostmaster.com address, as soon as you use your mobile smart device to search for a domain or login, you are automatically connected to the mobile version of shopping cart, and do not see the 1000px wide version of our secure shopping cart.

While you may see the same old reliable interface on larger display devices such as tablets and netbooks, Domain Hostmaster is now more accessible than ever from smart phones and smart hand held mobile devices equipped with internet browsing capabilities.

In the last stages of disrepair…

I am in the last stages of cleaning up the mess when one of my hosts finally cancelled my account.  I’ve been at this mess for a month and a half, now.  My wife wants me to change some photos on her website, then I have to do taxes, so I am planning on finally getting another dozen websites online this morning.

Still Cleaning Up The Mess…

I’m still cleaning up the mess left in the wake of getting my hosting shut off at the beginning of my vacation.

I have quite a few domains at SEOParking.com, and I don’t want them there anymore because the service is garbage and extremely spammy.  But I can’t move my 50+ domains parked there until I have this wildfire put out.

I think that I’ve mentioned that Dreadnought.info is back online.

I have finally added a logo to replace the old animated version, until I can get that taken care of, at Firestorm.US.  I also updated the Stop, Drop & Roll instructions.

Flash Web Design Templates is back online again (finally).

I corrected a mistake at Add URL Engine, which still needs some attention as the network that I used to use for this service has left me out in the cold without warning or reason.

I have the General Duty domain name back online.

I am hoping that web designers, developers, optimizers and marketers will be interested in the iCommuters project.  This could be an extremely beneficial social project conception, colaberation and development platform for the right people looking to break into the business with impact, or freelancers looking to expand their business reach.

Intervert.com has been returned to the w3 spotlight with a brand for sale page and now has a band fan page for the very talented modern alternative hard rock band, Intervert.  Their song “Misery” (lyrics and music available on that fan page) has nearly summed-up me & my wife.

I have put iw3.US back online and it promotes the resale of the worldwide web.  So does w3n.US, but I still have to straighten that website out after I added a huge ass logo to it (just trying to change things up and try something new).  I have put a regular webmaster’s info directory under w3i.US, but I think I will eventually change it to something along the lines of the other two domain names (iw3.US & w3n.US which promote my wholesaling the worldwide web).

The Motorcars.ws domain now has a page and will get more after I clean-up the rest of this mess.

NameGamer.com is now sporting its own page.

But, as usual, I still have plenty to do…  See Ya!

iCommuters is back online…

ICommuters is back online sporting a brand new logo.  Tell me what you think of it, if you can. It’s not much now, but if I can get enough interest I would love to take this concept on to creation.

It wouldn’t be too much work if there is any interest at all.  Such good ideas always find roots in the minds of the gifted, and then there’s absolutely no stopping it from happening.

sitepro:

I actually tried to make a post this noon that described so many more updates. But I rebooted my PC before I had posted (or previewed) it and lost it all.

I had been using a very fast premium hosting package, and I took advantage of it by posting the logos and image ads I have used on some of my…

…I meant to post this here.  I guess now you have to go to my other blog to read the whole thing.

Sometimes Tumblr is just plain silly.  It’s ALL TEXT, and I WROTE IT ALL IN MY OTHER BLOG on THIS ACCOUNT.

Sheez…

Moving On And On…

OK, now the Domain Buffs logos are loading again.  I really like that domain name, I need to move it and get a little more serious about it, Google is punishing article sites, now.  And it seems like a good idea now that all the articles I see posted on almost any subject as just plain bad.

I’m awaiting DomainersName.com and DomainersNames.com to resolve to Domainers.Name.  There’s another set of my favorite domain name domains.

Having trouble getting DomainGamer.com straightened out, I’ll have to wait for the server to catch up with me and then can set up hosting for it, then I’ll be able to set up the nameservers correctly and again wait for the DNS to resolve.

Awaiting the name servers to resolve to Dreadnought.info, when they do I have started a very small web directory there that I plan on keeping up.  It’s a manually edited thing though, so its not like anyone can add their link or anything.  I’m just going to recommend my very best webmastering resources there.  Currently, I think they are all my own best webmaster resources, but I’ll be filling it up with other recommendations I like, as well.

Reminder to self: I need to post my vacation shots and video on ExtendedHoliday.com - I wanted to do a travel site there, but haven’t found a good travel affiliation program, yet.  Plus I need a domain for the vacation shots or I will wind-up going out and buying a new one.

2nd reminder to self: I need to find some fire effects for the logo background of Firestorm.US.  The old ANFY based fire background & logo banner stopped working some time ago (though it was rather awesome).  Find something!

I just love scrambling around trying to put out all these fires.

Moving Forward…

OK, I think I fixed the logos that weren’t loading at Broil.Info and CSS Websites.

CCFix and Concorder were updated last week, but they each still need a logo.

I still have to decide what to do with Cyber Sex Dating, as I’ve not really been designing any adult sites, yet.

DarkGlasses.net has a new home and a new logo.  It’s a pretty simple page that I’ll have to update later, though.  DarkShades.net got a new logo very recently, too.  If anyone has a good deal on a sunglasses reseller program, be sure to let Me know.

I updated Derivant.com with a new logo.  Dérivant is actually a French word that means deriving.  My version is the .com without the accent mark over the e, (the é), though.

I updated the Domainance page with an old banner logo, as I can’t find any of the originals.  I might have to go through my old desktop looking for missing graphics, I seem to be missing a lot of master graphics files.  I also added a links page.

That’s it so far, time to watch Saturday Night Live

Wonderful, wonderful…

In the evening of the first full day of our vacation in the Virgin Islands I finally obtained the password to my great aunt’s satellite wifi so that I could get back online and check my email.  Apparently, my web host had finally shut off my account as I had been requesting for the past 6 months or so.  That meant that I had around 40 or so websites that went down on the 15th of last month.

Wonderful, wonderful…

I used to hear Lawrence Welk say it all the time, only he meant it.  I, of course, am joking.

I spent some of my time on vacation getting a few websites back up, but I wasn’t going to sweat it.  The satellite internet was just too slow and reliable to worry about all that I had to do.  It was a leisurely vacation and I attacked it at my leisure.

My main site, Domain Hostmaster was running fine.  But I have a variety of web hosting sites.  The reseller package where I cancelled the hosting 6 months ago (or more) just wasn’t selling.

The first full day back I was able to get my wife’s Violin & Viola Teacher website back online at my Apache Website Hosting site.  Since then, I’ve been working on all the other sites so much that I hadn’t bothered to stop and blog about anything, much less this fiasco.

Part of the trouble is that when I thought I had the time to take care of this I didn’t.  I was distracted and the websites were all staying up, online and available.  So I started taking care of a whole different list of things.  That’ll teach me!  Now I’m running around trying to put out fires everywhere.

OK, let me go through my list, now…

4GZ.Net & 4GZ.US are back online with pretty much the same starter page, for now (these 4G domain names are available for sale, as a package).

8TLD.com ($8.00 Top Level Domains) is finally resolving to W3DN.com (Wholesale Worldwide Web Domain Names), now.

9TLD.com was always fine.

I still have a lot of work to do.  A Bit Of All Right is still pretty much down.  Add URL Engine needs some work.  ADGTW needs help.

I have a few sites under the A Dog Is A Mans Best Friend brand that seem OK where they are at, for now.  That service isn’t right for many other domains, though.

ADTDA has an actual page, now (I hadn’t gotten around to putting one up before).

I put up a little spot for A Man’s Home Is His Castle.

AutoTruckUS.com has it’s own page, now.

And of course I stopped in and added this post at Blare.Info.  I have to add a photo or some kind of a logo here, I see.

Bracelet Poker has a new home.  I need to add a logo to that one, as well.

Hmmm…. still lots to do in the B’s.  I’ve already been through the list once, this is my second time through.  Some of these single home page sites are totally new, but as I am working on my websites I have been trying to get everything straightened out, not just what’s wrong.

OK, gotta get busy on some of these, now…

Wonderful, wonderful…
